C R O S S - S T I T C H E D S K A T E B O A R D

My skateboard for the Good Wood art show is all done. I drilled holes in the board, and then used yarn to cross-stitch the type (which I designed on the computer). Thanks to my friend Ted who taught me to use the drill press at Omni Corp. All of the skateboards for the show can be bid on here, beginning on May 19th. The proceeds will be donated to Power House Productions Ride It Sculpture Park in Detroit:

Jessica “J.D.” Decker is a Detroit lady, currently living in Brooklyn - in a glamorous, clamorous, amorous apartment on a street rife with broken glass and feral kittens. She’s a freelance editorial Art Director who has worked for clients such as: Harper's Bazaar, O, The Oprah Magazine, Crain's Detroit Business, Cadillac Magazine, and Victoria's Secret, to name a few. Previously she was the Deputy Art Director at Women’s Health magazine.
